We ask that students wear athletic form fitting clothing to their classes, we request athletes to have a sports bra/ spandex or compression shorts be worn under clothing. (We have clothing and acrobatic sports apparel available for purchase at our front desk in lobby). Hair pulled back, no gum or jewelry. Clean soft soled cheer shoes or bare feet only. Please email us for recommendations of cheer shoe brands. Parents in Mommy and Me class can wear socks or go barefoot, and need to wear clothes that are easy to move in.

One of the most important skills in cheerleading training is flexibility. When students are flexible they are able to achieve skills at a faster pace. Chrome is designed for flyers that pull skills in the air such as scorpions and bow and arrows. Flexibility is not only for flyers, but bases as well as beginner and power tumblers. Learn new stretching techniques that will advance your athletic ability.

One half hour per week. This class works height, resistance training, motions to prep for jumps, connecting elite jump skills. This class focuses on aggression in quick twitch muscles, and building power from a stationary position.
